The dry-cleaning process includes the following steps:
Inspection:
Your clothes will be examined for visible stains, damages, and any specific care instructions on the label. The Laundry Lab customer service team will inform you of any existing damages or stains. We will do our best to address the item, but the complete removal of stains cannot be guaranteed.
Pre-treatment:
Before the actual cleaning process, areas with stains and spots will be treated with specialized cleaning agents to help break down and remove stains effectively.
Cleaning:
The clothes are placed in a machine called a "dry cleaning machine." This machine looks like a large washing machine but uses a chemical solvent instead of water. The clothes are gently agitated in the solvent, allowing it to penetrate the fabric and dissolve dirt and stains. After cleaning, warm air is used to evaporate any remaining solvent from the clothes.
Pressing:
Once the clothes are dry, they are steamed and pressed to remove wrinkles and creases, returning them to a clean and tidy appearance.
Packaging:
